Giveaway Terms and Conditions

If you are under 18 years of age you will need to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to participate in the Sweepstakes. AMDICARE.COM may ask you, at any time, to provide us with proof of age and / or identity and / or proof of such approval, if relevant. AMDICARE.COM may exclude any entrant who cannot provide such proof. AMDICARE.COM employees are not eligible to participate.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

DATE OF GIFTS

The sweepstakes will begin and close on the date specified in the AMDICARE.COM posts on Instagram. Registrations after the closing date will not be allowed.

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaways publication on Instagram will explain the registration procedure. There is no entry fee or purchase required to enter the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person will be accepted, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram post. By entering a Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Sweepstakes unless you enter each Sweepstakes separately.

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen randomly from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram through our official AMDICARE.COM account within five business days after the closing date of the Sweepstakes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, AMDICARE.COM reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. AMDICARE.COM's decision with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes will be final and will not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

PRIZE

The promotional prize will be a AMDICARE.COM product as indicated in the AMDICARE.COM post on Instagram. The prize is as indicated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable. Awards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any award for one of equivalent value without prior notice. Any and all expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to all federal, state and / or local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
