Refund policy

Do you have an item that you need to bring back? This is what you need to know.

Return or exchange any item with the purchase receipt sent to your email within 30 days from the date of purchase, a NEW product requires the item to be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty can be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. All refunds will be credited to you through the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for returns due to our error.

New merchandise

Steps to follow:
1- Sign in or create an account
2- Select the "My orders" tab
3- Select the option "Return or replace items"
4- Enter your email, order number and press start
5- Complete the form
6- We will indicate by email the status of your return and shipping instructions

The item must be in its original packaging.
It must include all original materials supplied with the product.
It should be unopened and uninstalled

Returns sent on delivery will not be accepted (Cash on delivery)
If you return an item that you did not purchase from us, you will have to pay for shipping to have it returned.
You must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from AMDICARE.COM


If approved for a refund, the item amount will be credited back to the gift / credit / debit card originally used to purchase the product (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt of the product in the store at line). We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If you send us an item for refund that we do not approve as a return, you will be required to pay for shipping on that item in order to receive it again.

** For returns that involve warranties or defects, products sent in error or products damaged during shipping, please select the corresponding reason. Specify the order number of the product you wish to return and you can provide a brief description of the nature of the problem with the product. An online order support agent will assist you with the return and provide you with an RMA return code and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) via email.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval before credit is issued. Clearance items, custom made or modified parts are not eligible for returns.

If the return is not our fault, we could deduct $5 for handling inventory replacement

AMDICARE.COM reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time and for any reason. AMDICARE.COM reserves the right to request a valid photo ID that will be recorded at the time of return. Your identification information will be maintained, subject to applicable federal, state and local laws, in a company-wide database of customer return activity that AMDICARE.COM and its affiliates use to authorize returns. We accept the following identifications for returns: Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card, or Border Crossing Card.

Get your order number online

You can find a copy of your order in your order confirmation email, as well as in the "My orders" section of your account. If you did not register with us and cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact Customer Service.
